Pledge not appearing?

Hi when I login using the account with same email that my kickstarter and paypal use, I cannot see any pledges. When i click "Link another pledge" and enter my email i never receive a response at all??? I've also lodged a support ticket and waited the entire day (over 8 hours) I've not received any response. What gives? How am I supposed to receive my key?
