They stated it now affects size and duration of AoE effects + a defense boost (think it's will).

 

Does this mean it no longer increases duration of direct buffs and direct debuffs? Only if those buffs or debuffs are AoE does it increase the duration? This is how I read it.

It does effect their duration. The sentence is just poorly composed.

If I'm typing in red, it means I'm being sarcastic. But not this time.

Dark green, on the other hand, is for jokes and irony in general.

    Duration for non-AoE effects?

    Bonus duration for everything that has a duration.  It is simply written wrong.

     

    Everyone is going to have to rely on the in-game cyclopedia for a while, and eventually the wiki will catch up.  The manual is essentially worthless.
