irinotecan Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 (edited) The Amazon page used to say that they would be "contacting" everyone who has their name in the book with an "offer", hinting that we would be getting a discount on the hardcover because everyone listed in the thanks already gets a digital copy. That wording is gone now, so looks like they decided against a discount incentive to double dip. Oh, well... I get a digital, but that hard cover looks awesome!
