Expected Result: I believe the focus mult should be greater than one, unless it doubles the focus by adding +1 to the additive formula, of which it should technically say x2 in the string.

It is worse than that.

Used this on my cipher and suddenly he only generated 2 focus per hit, even with draining whip.

After removing it he has a permanent int bonus and only generates 1 focus pr hit.

 

Edit:

After quitting the game and reloading my cipher does not generate focus at all.
