[480] Marked prey vs Escape equals wasted encounter ability

Sigh, Medreth I detest you!

 

I had just rolled a ranger to try it out in this BB, and picked Marked Prey. Sure enough, I smacked it on Medreth's head, and it only lasted like 3 secs, then he did his Escape act, and appeared behind my back (2 m shifting, as if my super-fast character wouldn't have noticed), and then Marked Prey is gone.

 

Grr!

 

In fact, this is wrong. A Marked Prey should remain marked.

Also, a baddie marked by a ranger shouldn't even be able to Escape - it should be like a Escape suppression for that duration, just to make the Ranger class a bit more useful.
