Seems obvious, but just in case...

 

The indicators for projectile spells (Rolling Flame, Iconic Projection, etc) is inconsistent. Depending on where I mouse over I get the full box, no box, or as in the screen shot... a small box.

Confirmed, when casting Iconic Projection I have this issue as well.
