I press New Game, and then the game freezes when the cam pans up to the stone relief face while the text "Obsidian Entertainment Presents" is showing.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Example:
1) Start PoE Beta 435 on PC, Steam
2) Select New Game
3) Game soon freezes.
Expected behaviour:
PoE beta keeps running.
First crash of this kind so far.
EDIT: After two more tries, I am happy to say that the game started. I have no idea why this happened twice in a row. No other process was running in the background, and it's the same PC I've been using all along, with no updates of any significance. The last graphic card update was well before X-Mas.
