• Korgrak also has no recovery time
• Ivory Spinners have no recovery time and no limit as to how many times they can cast Spinning Web in an encounter (with no cast animation, I might add)

Thank you for your feedback. Several of these issues have been resolved, however Korgrak is still attacking without recovery. I will be adding this to the known issues list and linking this thread for tracking.
