This is because of the per-pixel occlusion system, because the terrain is elevated in the 3D level (and thus on the height map) Hendyna's feet 'sort' with the dirt mounds, rather than standing on top of them.
There are a lot of issues with this system not looking very good (such as the Cowled Dwarf standing in the grass near Medreth) would QA happen to know if this system is going to get another look?
I know that Unity navmesh has a Z-axis, so the navmesh could possibly be raised a little bit there so it looks like she's standing on the ground?
