[333]Changing zone in high res causing game to zoom in max at start

Here is what the zone is supposed to look like when you zone in (@ 5760x1080)

There is what it actually looks like when I transition from another zone to this one: 

I appears what is happening is when the player transitions to a different area the game is automatically zooming in at max and stretching the textures.

Workaround to fix:

Change to a lower resolution to correct then return to original resolution
