[333] Helmets still don't fit the elves

I tried using the fighter dwarf's helmet on the elf. It is still not fitting his head correctly. This has not been acknowledged since the last patch.

 

Similarly, the hair and ears of the dwarves and orlan (respectively) are always sticking out of the back and sides of the helmet, respectively.
