[333] Cropped/twisted text lines at the top of UI windows

At the top of some text windows text lines get cropped, darkened and twisted, for instance the convo UI:

I have not scrolled these windows, and they are virginal - untouched. Res: 1920x1080

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
