While adventuring in Crossroad and travelling back to Dryford the game crashes back to desktop. After loading a savegame the travel back to Dryford is working.

 

Tried this two times and everytime this was the result. Don't know after what time the ctd on map change occurs. Maybe after going to the cave or the underground area.

Thank you for your posting. Would you mind posting your pc specifications and an output log of the issue if you have it? This sounds as though it is related to a current memory leak with transitions and save/load, but it could be something else.
