Why is their no way to drop items on the ground? If i put all the stuff in the stash it gets really hard to tell whats what. I dont want to keep piles of leather armor.

Yeah I've pointed this out before a couple of times, it's really annoying. It would be nice if you could just drag an item out of the inventory pane to do it, but since 720p is full screen and the others are not (unforgivable!) that wouldn't work. Probably needs to be a ground UI box in the inventory panel or something like in the IE games.

Click and drag outside the inventory would be the logical thing to implement here. Or click and drag to edges in 720p.

I really think that the inventory UI needs to be handled differently for 720p and higher resolutions.

BMac on item dropping

Incidentally, to my understanding item dropping was excluded from the game intentionally not because of UI limitations but because disallowing players from dropping items in arbitrary locations simplifies some parts of the engine (particularly the save-load system), and the introduction of the stash makes it not strictly necessary

If that's the issue, do item drop = destroy.

That would be lame as though. I'd like to see dropping implemented.

Agreed. Not really sure why it couldn't be treated like an enemy drop with a loot bag.
