Uninstalling Does not Uninstall completely

I just noticed my custom SetZoomRange settings remained through the uninstall download and reinstall process... How is that possible, and what other files remain, and how do I clear them to insure I can get a fresh new installation?

PoE leaves several files and registry entries behind when you delete local files through Steam. These are, roughly:

 

Save Data:

• %AppData%\..\LocalLow\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity\

Registry Entries:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity
• HKEY_USERS\  [bunch of Random Numbers]  \Software\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity

There are some other random registry files that are left around as well, but I don't think they actually matter.
