[v278] Item "attached" to characters after load?

Not quite sure what caused this, but you can load the save and see for yourself

1) Load save

2) Notice the extra weapons attached to weird locations on the characters

As a bonus, also notice that the Paladin (1rst character) has like half a million empty action slots when you click on him.
