I was moving lockpicks between two party member inventories, and then I tried putting them as a quick item. I got a message "system error", IIRC, and then when I was putting them back in the inventory, the numbers had been reduced by two, and they couldn't be found elsewhere, in any invo, or stash, or on the floor.
