Repeat casting of same spell

[Description of the issue]

Sometimes my characters will cast the same spell over and over again after I've told them to cast it once.

 

[DETAILED list of steps to reproduce the issue AND what to look for]

Unfortunately, I don't have a series of steps to follow to reproduce this.  I've had it happen a couple of times, but I'm not sure what causes it.

 

As an example, I had my wizard cast the rolling fire spell on the back beetle as they charged in, hitting them all.  Then, I told him to attack some bettle.  On his next turn, he cast the spell again. Then again. Then again until he had drained his spells.
