"Gather your party" bug

"You must gather your party before making camp" appears when I try to rest in the Lle a Rhemen ruin and have my party gathered.

 

If it is due to enemies being close maybe the message should state as much.

 

1) Go into the Lle a Rhemen ruin.

2) Attempt to make camp

 

 

Pick each character individual (hotkey: 1-6) and try putting them as close as possible to each other.

I encountered the same thing, I believe the rest radius is very small at the moment.
