Selecting spells

I'm not sure how to select spells... Are there "spell slots" somewhere ?

 

I see the list of spells in the stats of a character, and some skills/spells icon on top of a chosen character, but isn't there a "spell selction" process, for wizards, as in the original games ?

 

I might have miss something somewhere.

I think you need to right click the grimoire in the inventory screen to be able to select wizard spells.

That works. But I can only choose a specific spell once. Any reason for that ??

You get a set number of uses per spell level, not per spell. For example you can use level 1 spells four times before resting, it doesn't matter which spells you use, you can use the same spell four times or every spell once, so there's no need to choose any spell more than once.
