Character creation without spending points

Anothe thing I noticed: You can complete character creation without spending attribute points and you cannot spend them lter in game either, is that working as intended?

Hello warbaby2,

 

This is actually by design. However, we will be implementing a notification to warn users that they have not allocated all of their points and will lose them if they continue.
