I know some of the movement and path-finding is not implemented yet but in the known issues list I couldn't find a reference to this.

 

After talking to the guy by the river I dragged the mouse to choose all party member and clicked on the door to the building in the first scene. They started moving very slowly - Like slow-mo. 

 

This happened for the duration of the session (Entering the house, choosing one character and moving her had the same issue and when exiting the house and moving the towards the bridge had the same issue).

I have had this happen as well. For me, it was after editing formations. I created a custom formation, and now all my characters move in slo-mo. Am at the beginning of the demo (haven't done anything but peruse inventory and char sheets yet).

There's a slow-mo button (s), that puts the game in slow motion. Both of you probably pushed that one by mistake.
