Think I'll just create this for anyone to use, while reporting on text I find that looks off or not correct.

 

For Chanters, should it really say that it "Increases" reload time in Sure-handed Ila Nocks her Arrows with Speed? I mean, it might, but that sounds counter-productive to me.
