AI Quirk: Archer runs out of targets in current fight, so draws new enemies into it

The AI auto-targeting is over-zealous. I'm glad that the character will try to find a new target when their current one dies, but when they draw new enemies into a fight you had just won, not only is your front line out of position, but your party's stamina might be low. They need to be told not to auto-target enemies that aren't hostile at the moment.
