Game stopping bug :(

Hello! Has anyone heard of this bug: At the beggining, when the elves attack, and you step out to fight them. During the fight, after Cartman give you some chips and teaches you about healing, he tells you to counter the two attacks of an elf. Well after I do that, the elf drops his sword and then nothing happens!!!  Cartman doesn't say anything, the elf just stands there.
