As title says, it doesn't shoot no matter what button I press and where.
I switch to a different range weapon for the next fight and had no problems with it.
Switch back and again, can't shoot it at all...

Anyone else having this issue?

silly question, if you sell it, then do a buyback, does it still have problem?

The ray gun is a heavy hit ranged weapon. Pressing X (Xbox), Square (PS3) or Right-Click (PC) when it flashes should make it shoot.
