I'm at the point in the game where I'm in the washroom with Mr. Marsh and it's telling me to press A and D keys like it did for the other farts but it's just not working for me. I've been trying for over an hour and I just can't get by it. I don't know if this is a bug or what but I can't progress any further in the game because of it.
