I was perusing my way around the forums when something occured to me.

Years ago, when i was in highschool. I remember being on a rpg type forum. It was just a normal forum, random chatting / discussions / debates but also had a creative writing/ self done text roleplaying aspect.

You would get gold/exp for posts made/created etc. With that gold/exp you could buy things and dandy up a character which was your avatar. I remember enjoying it at the time and think i might enjoy it again.

Has anyone else been to those types of forums? Did you enjoy them? Would you think it might be

a good idea to have something like that on this forum? It seems a great way to engage users together.

Build a man a fire, and he will be warm for a day...

Set a man on fire and he will be warm the rest of his life...

We've done write ups of campaigns in the PnP section.

I don't think it needs XP though.
