Looking at the teaser trailer, one thing that really bothered me (and I guess I've never really considered it in previous games) is that the NPCs never turn towards you (or even turn their heads toward you) as you approach them.

 

I think that unless you're sneaking, if you are approaching anyone from the side or behind, they should turn their 3d model head toward that direction and turn to attend you if they hear you.

 

just a small thing i thought would be worth mentioning.

Don't really care about these things. NPCs turning towards the dude that talks to them is enough imo.
