March 21, 201312 yr Hello, I'm having an issue with the steam version of the game where it asks me for a disk I obviously don't have when I try to launch the game. Operating System: Windows 7Language: English Processor: Intel i5-3570k 3.4GHzMemory: 8GB RAMGraphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 670 I have Steam installed on my HDD and the game on an SSD, which might somehow cause an issue. I've tried reinstalling the game, running from swkotor.exe and from steam.
March 21, 201312 yr So you have it installed on a different drive than Steam? Have you tried redownloading it onto the same drive as the Steam install? Or are you on limited bandwidth? "Show me a man who "plays fair" and I'll show you a very talented cheater."
March 21, 201312 yr Author That seems to have worked. I'm going to go try moving the new installation onto my SSD to see if it works. Thanks Tale.
March 22, 201312 yr Author Didn't want to start a new topic, but I've got a visual issue. http://imgur.com/FisaT1Y,B1wPurH#0 It's sort of hard to tell in the picture, but the effect is very low resolution and looks like a vortex In the second picture in that album, It's also hard to tell from the image, but it basically just adds a bunch of aliasing looking artifacts when I use burst of speed. Turning of Frame Buffer Effects didn't change anything.
March 26, 201312 yr Both are not bugs. One is the hyperspace animation, used when not on a planet. The second is the effect Force Speed has. It can sometimes stick to the screen even when it's expired, but casting it again fixes that. ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created.
