January 24, 201313 yr Except that keyboard shortcuts for the formatting that I espoused my love for earlier are now no longer working! While quote headers are awesome, I actually prefer the keyboard shortcuts! Damn I should be in QA! >.>
January 26, 201313 yr Author /headdesk Can you give me a couple of the kb shortcuts you were using? I'll compare the code from their previous release and see if they nuked 'em.
January 26, 201313 yr The big ones, ctrl-b, ctrl-i, and ctrl-u, are the ones I definitely miss. I don't know if I missed other ones. Ones like copy, paste, undo/redo, still seem to be working fine (and are perhaps controlled by the browser itself, rather than the code to support this text box). If there were other ones missing, they certainly aren't ones that I used with nearly the regularity. (although I miss the formatting ones on probably a daily basis... haha)
January 26, 201313 yr Other issue I have noticed is copy/pasting multi-line statements. The new line/carriage return is also copied, when it probably shouldn't be (and historically wasn't). Not so much an issue if you just click on "quote" and maybe I just need to change how I do things, but here's an example with the old school [ quote] tags: Just verifying that (without any refreshes) I know get the border aroundthe quote. But yeah, don't know from whom. Which usually isn't aconcern for me as I don't put from whom 99% of the time anyways Actually, looking at it now that I do this, it seems to be placing it's own carriage return based on character count as opposed to what I see on my screen.
January 26, 201313 yr I still prefer to use the top left corner icon besides the current quoting system. Only annoyance is how all the text becomes greyed out and hard to read (until you click it, so it's not that bad, still). ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. February 8, 201312 yr Any chance I can escalate my grievances? It's one of those things that I didn't realize just how much I missed them until I no longer had access to them....

I will be the judge of that little tidbit of information my friend! MUAHAHAHAHA. Not a weblink (Triumph! Huge success!)
February 15, 201312 yr New issue. If you have BBCCode Mode off (so you see quote as text not as box) now, when clicking bold, or I or U it simply doesn't work anymore, no [ b ] or [ i ] tags are added, simply nothing... ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. February 20, 201312 yr I'll accept responsibility as I clearly should have done a full regression pass on the editor! My bad!
