Not exactly equivalent, eh? tho their titles are all the same unless you click on Show All where the code gives away the meaning if you are in doubt and actually know the code...

 

Please update the ALT or TITLE properties of the visible smilies.

Put your mouse over the smilie, and see what the ALT text is. It should be corrected.
