Hello,

I have backed the Project Eternity cRPG. There are questions that I have: has Obsidian raised enough money to make this game? Were Kickstarter and Paypal truly the only sources of funding or were/are there other creditors unaccounted for? Considering all the milestones the project must reach to be successful, does Obsidian have enough resources and time to best the release? And if the date needs to be pushed, will the books allow for the extension? I'm not pessimistic, just anxious.

OK. They asked for 1.1 million. With that they were confident they could deliver a game in two years.

 

They are professionals with a reputation to maintain. In the end, they received just over 4 million.

 

Now I'm not an accountant, businessman or games developer but putting those variables together I don't see a massive problem.
