I used to play them years ago and I was big Pokemon fan as child.(Who of my age wasn't? :p) I would still play those games, but I'm just not interested in Nintendo consoles anymore. Handheld consoles are relics from the past and don't really have any use after smart phones came to market. If Nintendo would swallow their pride and port those for mobile platforms I would be first to buy them. Great and original RPGs.

 

Only minus is that those games lost much of their magic with original 150 Pokemons. As child I remembered all of them by name, appearance and type, but after Silver/Gold/Crystal generation lost track of them. Ruby was last one I ever played. Should maybe try those re-made Red, Blue and Green for nostalgia.
