i love falloutnew vegas but i had and idea. I was wondering if an update can occur that will make it so the eneimes can have their limbs mutilated but they still live.(ex. and enemies arm falls off but they live)

There are tons of mods available for FO:NV here. Maybe you will find one that does what you're looking for.

I still think it's a bit weird shooting the leg off a fellah. He limps for about five seconds, then starts running again. Ditto arms and dropping what they are carrying then picking it up.
