Hi all, for those of you who are using Lucas as your hero, what level were you at when you defeated Gunderic and how did you defeat him? I had a hard time defeating him and this morning I finally did. I'm just wondering how others defeated him.

Hi all, for those of you who are using Lucas as your hero, what level were you at when you defeated Gunderic and how did you defeat him? I had a hard time defeating him and this morning I finally did. I'm just wondering how others defeated him.

 

I'm using Lucas, playing on Hardcore and it went pretty easy.

 

I got lucky on some drops though, but I mainly stacked Vampire.

With that going and your graceful repose, him summoning minions is actually a good thing.

Since you can just eat their health to refill yours while doing a hit and run on the boss.

 

I've yet to die with Lucas on Hardcore, while at this point I probably reloaded a dozen time using anajali.

If you're not using it yet, vampire at the beginning levels .. kind of overpowered.

Vampire is one of the buffs that can be found on weapons (like fire, electricity, poison) that will steal life from whatever you hit and give it to you.

ah. so only vampire steals life? or does fire, electricity and poison do aswell?

All do additional damage on top of the weapon damage but only vampire adds that damage to your life pool.
