So in the old days, with my CRT monitor, I was able to run the game in 1600x1200. With my 1080 LCD monitor, I can only do the 1280x1024. I'm assuming this is because my monitor is 1080 and the game can't adjust for that or something. I can force it to be bigger via the .ini file but then the image gets cut off etc.

The question then is ... is there a way to run Kotor2 in 1600x1200 on my monitor? I don't really care about widescreen....but perhaps a widescreen mod is the only way to get it to run at a bigger size? I saw one but not sure I want to deal with that, so if that's the only way, guess I'll make do...

Oh and also...I can't seem to find the hi-res audio/movie patch. The nzone links I see are all out of date, it's a different site, tried a Search there but nothing. I thought I had them on disc somewhere but so far I haven't found them...

The monitor shouldn't have anything to do with setting the max resolution of 1600x1200 (which looks a little stretched on my 19" widescreen too). You can't select the resolution either ingame nor in the configuration tool in the launcher?

No, 1600x1200 doesn't show up in either menu. I can force it in the .ini but then things like menu buttons are cut off. I'm pretty sure I'd need a 1920x1200 monitor to make it work...aren't LCD monitor's max. resolution their native resolution? Anyway, at least I have a 4:3 option so I don't have to live with the "stretched look". :-

Thanks for the patches. :) Altho the hi res movies never seemed to do anything for me...is there a way to make them play bigger resolution by default, instead of the dinky letterboxed 800x600 or whatever it is?
