Can't enter Heroes Crypt for quest "Heroes Of Old"

Should I have both signet rings at this point? I've finished the Battle for Raven and I can't get into the crypt. The door stays locked. I have no other quests to do atm. The quest I'm on now is "Heroes Of Old" which wants me to go into the crypt. What I'm guessing is that somehow I don't have the rings, and I need to get them. Here's my problem, where do I get them?

Have you been into the Mornweald and done the quest at Gundric mansion?
