un able to level up in Frostspire Mountain

Can anyone help I am having trouble when I have to level up in Frostspire Mountain. When the Purchase proficiencies screen comes up I cannot add anymore to the list on the right. So I am totally locked out to continue the game. Any help please.

So you've (1) selected a specific ability to add proficiencies too? You're not still on the ability selection sideo n the left? (2) the ability in question does not already have the full 5 proficiencies?

Is there any information you can provide for this? Possibly what character you were using? What level you were? What weapons you have? The closest landmark you were near? What quest you were working on?

Hi the game totally locked up on the page so i had to re install and all seems ok now
