Hi the game totally locked up on the page so i had to re install and all seems ok now

Can anyone help I am having trouble when I have to level up in Frostspire Mountain. When the Purchase proficiencies screen comes up I cannot add anymore to the list on the right. So I am totally locked out to continue the game. Any help please.
