Empowered skill

I dont understand how it works? When is a skill empowered and how do we/i empower it*? How do we use empowered skills??

Shift+1 for the first ability

Shift + 2 for the second

Shift + 3 for the third

Shift + 4 for the first defensive ability

Shift + 5 for the second

Shift + 6 for the third

This is assuming you have mastered the skill

See Abilities menu for what each ability does mastered, and how far you are towards mastering it. You master a skill by using it a lot.
