Well, I'm new to this forum, but I love how it's set up. I'm also a big fan of obsidians games, such as new vegas. I want to pitch an idea: a game in the similar format as New Vegas, but about the hit ABC drama, Lost.

Lost is a show about survivors of a plane crash, and their adventures on a mysterious island. Ubisoft, another good company, released a game called Lost, Via Domus. The game was horrible. It wasn't open enough, and there were terrible voice actors. So I thought that Obsidian should make a Lost game of their own.

You have proved in the past that you can make very good games. I think it would be financially beneficial to get ahold of the rights of Lost and to make a Lost video game. Lost is great tv show to work with. The universe is large and full of mysteries. But I understand if you think it is a terrible idea. I won't be offended if you don't like it.

Well to be honest I also thought it would be great if Obsidian would do a LOST RPG.

I'm pretty sure Chris Avellone would be a great writer for this kind of project.

I would love such a game. It would begreat.

LOST is dead and buried, in more ways than one.

Only

the characters are dead

:shifty:

It would be awesome if MCA would write what the **** is

The Island (I personally hope that Jacob and the earlier guardians didn't really knew what it was and that's why they came with stupid mythology about korking the hell. The Kork itself looked like some hi-tech power device to me, the water preventing overheat would make much more sense that way)

I think that there are a lot of stories to be told in the setting.

I really thought that LOST finale, was made that way just to ensure that there will be room for moneyz from expanded universe products, such as comic books, movies, other tv-series and video games.

And To be honest I don't see any other studio capable of writing a proper LOST game.

I would love to see some Story Driven cRPG with sandbox elements and a lot of mysticism (that's why I think having a MCA as a project/creative director would be a blast) in that setting (Think New Vegas\Risen + Mask of the Betrayer\Torment).

You seem to like LOST a whole bunch.[iNT]

May I direct you to the LOST thread?

Thank you kind sir.

But I only write this to support Dog Meat Eater's idea.

As I would really like to see LOST game by Obsidian, and there is a chance that good old Fergie would stumble across this thread, and will think, that indeed it would be a good idea to talk about this kind of game with the owner of Lost intelectual property.

But think of the nostalgia value if they made the game 10 years from now.

Plus the rights would probably be dirt cheap as well...
