TSLRCM endings...someone with some experience help me out here

So I played threw the whole game lightside and I was not able to turn on the mass generator and destroy Malachor because HK 47 got controlled by GOTO...I am assuming it was because I did not download the HK 51 program for HK right? (I thought this would corrupt him and make him more meniacle like the new series of HK that was hunting me) So in the end I was not able to get a lightside option...I think the best option was gray..I had 3 different ways to tell Visas to Stay on Malachor and train the others that would come and I left for the unknown reagions......

I played an earlier TSLRCM version with a light-side female Exile and did not even trigger the HK factory, hence didn't get the ending I wanted either.

 

I forgot whether the factor is triggered by picking up items from defeated HK-50s, or by raising HK-47's influence (which would be a no-go, considering it requires a lot of dark side actions).

just have him in your party when killing the hk assasin squads and talk to him about the sith that are hunting you. It will open up the quest.

Ya, i got same problem, it seems to me that there is no other option than destroying both the HK50 and 51 models, have I missed something? is there an option to preserve either one type of assassin droids?
