June 20, 201015 yr So I missed out on a chance to have this dealer named "Murad" as one of my many possible resources for arms and weaponry during the Saudi Arabia missions. Is there any other way to obtain him/her as a dealer later in the game (because I really want the items he has)?

Is there any other way to obtain him/her as a dealer later in the game (because I really want the items he has)? The items will be available in the future through other dealers, prices might vary since Desert Spear gets a special discount perk. I'd say the answer to that question is kind of like the answer to "who's the sucker in this poker game?"* *If you can't tell, it's you.
