So I missed out on a chance to have this dealer named "Murad" as one of my many possible resources for arms and weaponry during the Saudi Arabia missions. Is there any other way to obtain him/her as a dealer later in the game (because I really want the items he has)?

Simple: How do you auto target in Alpha Protocol with any of the weapons?

My whole ordeal is that I would like to run or walk throughout the game without them hearing me every time I do so. Is it possible at all to walk or run without alerting the guards on patrol? My whole gripe is having to crouch all the time and I know I don't have to play stealthy. However, the alternative when I'm running I can't seem to pass through without someone hearing me. Is there any way to reduce the amount of noise they hear while your running? I don't always want to run and be spotted. You know?

But if you run they hear you almost within a instant. It's like the game demands for you to play constantly in a crouch stance. Every time you move around while walking or running it's almost inevitable you'll end up being discovered. Is it just me or do you feel as though in order to play this game properly you have to be in a crouch position at all times. Is this annoying to anyone??? Can the game be played in a fun manner without running. Someone let me know because I'm knew to this game and still coming to grips with everything.

But is there any way on how to be stealthy in the game without crouching? Because to me it seems like I'm spending 70% of playing through a given level with my torso hugging my knees. I know of the Shadow Operative skill, but it's only a temporary advantage. Is it possible to move efficiently in the game without having to stay in the crouch position throughout a large portion of a map? I don't know about anyone else but it's really bugging me. I don't know if it's because I'm making it more of a bigger deal than what it is or what. Does anyone else feel the same way?

Recently I've just unlocked a new perk which stated "Movement Noise -20%". I'm very curious: WHAT DOES THIS ACTUALLY MEAN?! lol. I'm not exactly sure what this does. I mean is it that while I'm in crouch mode and I'm moving that I'm walking even more slightly;or conversely is it that now when I run I'm making even less noise. I don't understand. Can anyone help me!? ...also I wanted to know is it possible to run and be in a relatively close range of somebody and not have them hear you?
