It's gaudy, it's baroque, it doesn't fit in with the immediate environment but if you dig it then that's great.

It's exactly what you wanted expect to see there. It's gothic and impressive.

How many Gothic revival (or original gothic) fit their immediate surroundings now anyhow (or even at the time they were built)?

 

Personally it looks like something out of a fantasy painting with that bridge and all.

I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
