Might not be a fully fledged game, but something like that Dragon Age thing?

 

Could be. Or maybe they're deciding to expand on other markets, who knows?

 

Would make some sense if their half a team was working on some small budget stuff (I guess) that they can distribute through Steam etc.

not sure but it seems flash animations are used for user interface art or HUD in games.
