Hydrogen Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 I'm sure there are other things, but have you tried minimizing and then bringing the screen back up?
dannyk Posted December 20, 2008 Author Posted December 20, 2008 i just tryed that but nothing, its really hard to explain, but its every character in the game seems to be like this, on the ship at the start for example, when your the droid, the people lying on there floor have there teeth eyes and hair above them upside down looking ?? the game runs completly fine, not lagging, but this makes it completly unplayable id appricate some help if anyone can

Michael Cole Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 I recommend re-installing to a different directory. So, instead of C:/Program Files/KotorII (Or whatever it is) make it C:/Program Files/KotorIIFixed.
Sith Lord Darth Plagueis Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 or re-installing your graphic drivers...try also play in graphic settings in game like turn shadows or anti-alliasing and these stuff...
dannyk Posted December 21, 2008 Author Posted December 21, 2008 iv tried these and they dont work either, thanks for help though, im so annoyed i could cry lol
Michael Cole Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 If you have an old computer locked away somewhere, switch the Graphics Cards?
Hassat Hunter Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Specs would help. Run KOTOR2's "Scan Hardware", save the results in a *.txt and post that here. ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. At least top 5. TSLRCM Official Forum || TSLRCM Moddb || My other KOTOR2 mods || TSLRCM (English version) on Steam || [M4-78EP on Steam Formerly known as BattleWookiee/BattleCookiee
Hassat Hunter Posted December 21, 2008 Posted December 21, 2008 Everything seems to be in order. However I see you didn't patch your game. Did you already tried with the patch (and is that just because of the re-install)? Also, tried to lower the texture detail by 1 (medium) and see if that has any effect? ^ I agree that that is such a stupid idiotic pathetic garbage hateful retarded scumbag evil satanic nazi like term ever created. Albion72 Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 iv tried everything, and it aint gonna work, i give up , thanks for all the replys Uninstall and completely erase everything KOTOR II related off your PC. Run -> regedit Run -> %appdata% if anything is there Run a search on KOTOR II or Lucas Arts Delete everything in Program files related to KOTOR II Run a disk cleanup from control panel. Restart PC, reinstall KOTOR II, patch it before you play, then try it.
Michael Cole Posted December 22, 2008 Posted December 22, 2008 Have you modded the game at all? Like, Jedi Temple on Coursant? (sp?) If so, that also might be the cause.
Xantos Posted December 30, 2008 Posted December 30, 2008 I have exactly the same problem! If anyone can help please do ...
zeus531 Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I have the same issue and it affects both KotOR 1 and 2... Does this have something to do with a multi-core processor maybe?
Xantos Posted January 5, 2009 Posted January 5, 2009 I contacted LucasArts and they told me that the reason this was happening to me was probably because my video card (which is a built in Ati Radeon Xpress 200 Series) was not tested with the game, and is probably the reason for it not working.
zeus531 Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 also have a built in ATI video... Looks like I have to go and get me a video card =/ it's about time, I guess...
