Lack of info on the games does invite rumours such as this. I doubt Obsidian would be affected since last I heard, the development team's morale had been at the peak of ubercharge under J.E's 22 charisma points leadership feat, which would mean things are going far better and well than expected.

The team is definitely still hard at work on Aliens RPG.

If something had happened to Colonial Marines I'd expect rumors stating that the name "Colonial Marines" is cursed. Curiously enough, the comic known by the same title had some production problems... Hmm...

If you say "Colonial Marines" three times in front of a mirror in a darkened bathroom, does it summon an alien?
