Component Glitch

Im currently playing on the Xbox version of KOTOR 2 and on my third run through. For some reason all my items seem to have a component breakdown value of one. Im on my second planet after Telos: Nar Sha Daa. I have tried using multiple characters with different skills and different work benches but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions would be helpful

the # of components you git depends on the repair skill of the pc unless the pc is unavaliable ( e.g ebon halk prelude) otherwise it's the repair of the person using the workbench.
